Wedding Cakes
We provide beautiful wedding cakes in Cheltenham and throughout The Cotswolds and beyond working with both intimate and larger venues in the region including Elmore Court, Tortworth Court Hotel, Hyde Barn, Manor by the Lake, Ellenborough Park, Cripps Barn to name a few and are also recommended suppliers for many.
Design consultation
To enable us to create your perfect wedding cake, we suggest you book a design consultation where you can sample a selection of cake flavours.
When it comes to designing your cake, we understand that every detail matters, so on the day of your design consultation, we suggest that you bring along items such as wedding stationery, fabric swatches, pictures of your bouquet, gown, and any other elements that reflect your style. We will discuss your ideas and requirements for the day, following which we will provide you with a quote and if required a sketch of your cake design.
Please understand that because we bake and fill each cake to order our consultations are by appointment only and a £27 fee is payable on booking, this fee is deducted from your final balance when ordering your cake (only applies to orders over £500, if your order is less than this the fee will not be refunded). If you are unable to meet for a personal consultation, we will be happy to discuss a design for your cake over the phone or via video call and you may wish to order one of our taster boxes.
SAVE THE DATE
If you wish, prior to ordering, you can also reserve your wedding date in advance with a holding deposit of £100 and then decide on your design details at a later date.
taster box
If you have not yet booked your date with us, you may wish to enjoy six of our popular flavours from the comfort of your own home by ordering a taster box.
Taster boxes can be ordered for £35 which includes the cost of posting etc. Should you decide to order a cake from us £25 will be deducted from your final balance (this only applies to orders over £500, if your order is less than this the fee will not be refunded).

ordering and payment
We advise at least 6 months notice for wedding cake orders. Dates during peak season can fill quickly as to maintain a high quality of workmanship only a limited number of orders can be accepted at any one time. However, we will do our best to accommodate at shorter notice where availability allows. All orders will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
Once we have agreed on a design an initial payment of 50% is required to secure your order and to enable any necessary detailed work to begin. The balance is to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

delivery
To ensure your cake is perfect for you and your guests we can personally liaise with your wedding venue co-ordinator or planner to deliver and set up your cake.
Delivery and set up within 10 miles of Cheltenham is a fixed price of £25. Extra mileage over 10 miles is calculated at an additional cost per mile.
You can collect your cake if you wish, however we do not recommend this due to the delicate nature of the decoration and cakes can be extremely heavy. For cakes collected we cannot be responsible for any damage to the cake once it has left our premises.
