At The Cotswold Cake Kitchen, we believe your cake must taste as good as it looks
We are committed to using only the freshest and finest ingredients for our cakes. All cakes are freshly baked to order and filled with delicious layers of homemade buttercream, frostings, luxury preserves and quality chocolate.
All the preserves we use are premium quality or handmade products and we always use free range eggs, organic Madagascan vanilla and Belgian cocoa & chocolate.
All our wedding cakes are covered with either a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache or marzipan before covering with sugarpaste (fondant) in order for us to achieve a clean smooth finish.

Classic
Victoria Sponge - A melt in the mouth vanilla sponge layered with velvety Swiss meringue vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry or strawberry conserve.
Lemon Zest - A light zesty lemon sponge drizzled with a lemon syrup and lavishly layered with a tangy lemon curd and lemon Swiss meringue buttercream.
Rich Chocolate - Intensely flavourful chocolate sponge layered with one of the following fillings:
White or dark whipped Belgian chocolate ganache
Dark Belgian chocolate orange buttercream
Raspberry curd buttercream with raspberry conserve
Fruit & spice
Carrot Cake - A deliciously moist lightly spiced carrot cake with walnuts and orange zest layered with a creamy orange or vanilla buttercream.
Elderflower Lemon & Blueberry - Zesty lemon sponge drizzled with elderflower syrup and filled with elderflower Swiss meringue buttercream and wild blueberry conserve
Cherry & Almond - Almond sponge drizzled with amaretto or almond syrup with layers of vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream and vibrant cherry curd
Tropical - A moist coconut sponge layered with a passion fruit curd and creamy coconut Swiss meringue buttercream.
Chocolate & Cherry - Indulgent chocolate sponge brushed with Kirsch syrup and layered with creamy vanilla buttercream and plump black cherries infused with Kirsch
BEYOND VANILLA
Cookies & Cream - A decadent Belgian chocolate mud cake layered with creamy vanilla Swiss buttercream and crushed Oreo biscuits
Chocolate Praline & Caramel - Decadent Belgian chocolate mud cake with layers of hazelnut praline ganache and a delicious sweet and salty caramel
Red Velvet - A velvety red sponge with a hint of chocolate layered with a creamy white vanilla frosting.
Salted Caramel - A brown sugar vanilla sponge layered with salted caramel and creamy vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.
Peach Bellini - A light Prosecco infused sponge layered with a whipped Belgian white chocolate ganache and Italian peach conserve (or raspberry conserve if you prefer).
Strawberry Champagne - Fluffy pink vanilla sponge infused with pink champagne and layered with silky vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream and English strawberry conserve
